Bagasse Fuel Additive Manufacturer from Manufacturer from ...

Our Bagasse Additive is a free-flowing powder treatment designed primarily as combustion catalyst for Bagasse which helps to reduce loss due to unburnt fuel resulting in improved combustion efficiency. It has an antifouling agent that helps to keep heat transfer surfaces clean and thus improves the steam generation for same heat transfer area.

Synthesis of Nano-silica from Boiler Ash in the Sugar Cane ...

Apr 21 2020 · Boiler ash is a second layer by-product of the combustion of fuel usually an agro-waste in any industry. In the sugarcane industry boiler ash is obtained from the combustion of bagasse. The boiler ash of the sugarcane industry contains 49.69% silica which can be transformed into nano-silica using the precipitation method which is easier and cheaper than other methods.

An approach to the utilisation of CO 2 as impregnating ...

Apr 12 2010 · The conditions for steam pretreatment of sugar cane bagasse and leaves were studied using CO2 as an impregnating agent. The following conditions were investigated: time (5 to 15 min) and temperature (190 to 220°C). The pretreatment was assessed in terms of glucose and xylose yields after enzymatic hydrolysis and inhibitor formation (furfural and hydroxymethylfurfural) in the pretreatment.
